Japanese proficiency is required for all new graduate positions. Please note that when hiring production managers, if you have business-level English and Chinese skills, the range of tasks that can be entrusted to you will expand, so those with language skills are most welcome!

07

Is there a dress code?

In general, there is no specific dress code (casual clothes are acceptable)!

While there are rare occasions where a jacket is required—such as when hosting clients or during special celebrations—our employees generally choose their own attire based on the time, place, and occasion.

You are also more than welcome to wear casual clothing when attending our company information sessions or internships.
(However, we do recommend wearing a suit specifically for interviews.)
