Talent Acquisition Specialist
【Job Description】
You will support end to end recruitment activities, including:
-
Candidate attraction and pipeline building, including employer branding and outreach

Planning and running internship programmes
-
Managing selection processes and recruitment operations
-
Candidate engagement, offer management, and closing
-
Onboarding preparation and pre joining procedures, plus related HR administration
【Required】
-
A genuine interest in the entertainment industry
-
Japanese proficiency ( JLPT N1 level or above, or native level)
-
Experience in either (A) or (B) below
A. Experience supporting graduate recruitment -
Including some or all of the following:
-
Planning and delivering recruitment events and company presentations
-
Developing and executing recruitment plans
-
Designing selection processes and coordinating with relevant departments
-
Interviewing experience as an interviewer as part of the hiring process
B. Experience in a people facing, in person centred role -
Examples include:
-
Experience at a recruitment agency or staffing business (e.g., consultant roles such as CA or RA)
-
Sales experience (B2B or B2C, any product or service)
-
Teaching experience at a university, college, or vocational institution

Head Office (Minato ku, Tokyo) and remote working
【Working Hours】

09:30 to 18:30 (8 hours per day)

Flexible working hours with core hours from 10:00 to 15:00
