【Job Description】
・Lighting and Rendering using Maya
・Compositing using Nuke
【Applications Used】
・Maya、Nuke、Photoshop、After Effects、Unreal Engine、Deadline
・Other DCC tools, In-house tools, etc.
【Renders Used】
・PPixel (in-house toon renderer)
・Arnold
・Redshift
【Required】
・Practical experience in compositing using Nuke
・Those who have an interest in toon-look CG productions
・Those with experience using Maya
※Basic operation of Maya is preferred, but experience with other DCC tools may be considered as a substitute. Applicants without Maya experience are also welcome to apply.
【Preferred Qualifications】Skills & Personal Traits
・Understanding of Production Workflow & Broad Skillset
・Practical experience as a generalist with a strong understanding of the overall production pipeline
・Experience in compositing for 2D animation or toon-look projects
・Proficiency in multiple DCC tools
・Strong Technical Skills & Adaptability
・Able to independently deliver high-quality visuals and respond flexibly to direction from directors or supervisors
・nterest, knowledge, or experience in tool development and scripting
・Team-Oriented & Motivated
・Experience as a team leader or supervisor, or interest in mentoring and team development
・Proactive in communication and able to collaborate across teams to suggest improvements and solve problems
・Eagerness to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in visual and CG technology, with a strong drive for technical growth and workflow improvement
【Work Location】
・Head Office (Minato-ku, Tokyo)
・Hybrid working: a mix of on-site and home-based work, with flexibility depending on business and operational needs.
