Look Development Artist

【Job Description】
・Exterior design according to the style of the work, through shading and basic lighting of characters, props, background sets, etc., 
・Completing and optimizing the use of assets as a bridge between the lighting and compositing phases
・Assurance and optimization in rendering ability

【Use of Application】
・Maya, Adobe Photoshop, Substance Painter, Mari, Nuke (will depend on the work)
* Experience in Substance Painter, Mari, Nuke is not necessary

【Required】
・Experience in using Maya Software (Vocational school graduate or equivalent level of skill)  
・Those who are always observing their surroundings closely, and are able to organize this information to create their work.

【Suggested】
・A generalist
・Experience in Texturing
・Knowledge in scripting such as Python, MEL, etc.

 【Work Location】

・Head Office (Minato-ku, Tokyo)

・Hybrid working: a mix of on-site and home-based work, with flexibility depending on business and operational needs.

※For remote work, you are responsible for your home working environment (e.g., a wired internet connection and a suitable PC).

・Fully remote arrangements from outside commuting distance may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
